Your order is successful only if you receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, then a possibility is that the item is just sitting idle in your shopping cart and it has not actually been confirmed yet. If you receive an order confirmation email, then you’re all set. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please be assured that we did not charge you yet. You can try and place your order again. Be sure to check your spam folders just in case the confirmation email is there.
